CSC Wellness is rocking and rolling! We’ve just partnered up with two new hotels in the southeast: Embassy Suites in Huntsville, AL and The Hilton in Nashville, TN. We’ll be offering personal training services at both locations, so travellers won’t have any excuses for missing their workouts while away from home (at least not while staying in one of these two hotels!). In other news: the healthy cooking class for Intuitive research went perfectly. Chef Vance served up a delicious ranch chicken wrap recipe with crispy vegetable chips that were enjoyed by all! These two recent events demonstrate a trend in American industry: a focus on wellness! More and more American businesses are started to realize the powerful effects of a focus on wellness not only on their employees, but on their profit margins. Wellness in many different forms is continuing to take root in the business community and for good reason.
